This is a fun fidget! Each bead twist individually. You can use one hand to twist them around or two hands and twist multiple at the same time! You can flip it around in your hand without twisting the bead, or twist the beads for more of a pressure stim! 
 
The silicone beads are more resistant to spinning - letting you use more pressure. 
 
Note: Black only comes in the one style (All One Color).
