Shipping Policy

 

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Occasionally, it may take a little longer since it’s just me hand-packing every order with care. Thank you for your patience!

I ship worldwide, and every order comes with tracking so you can see exactly when it arrives.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

I want you to love your fidgets! If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return them. Just cover the return shipping.

Exceptions:

• Chewelry (chewable necklaces, etc.) cannot be resold for safety reasons and is final sale.

To start a return, email me within 14 days of receiving your order. Once I get your return, I’ll process a refund promptly.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, I’ll replace it! To make this process smooth, please email me within 5 days of delivery with:

1. A photo of the damaged item

2. A photo of the packaging

Once I’ve confirmed the damage, I’ll ship your replacement ASAP.
