Shipping Policy

 

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Occasionally, it may take a little longer since it’s just me hand-packing every order with care. Thank you for your patience!

All packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. You do have the option to select Priority Shipping if you'd like that instead. International orders are shipped via First Class International Shipping.

I ship worldwide, and every order comes with tracking so you can see exactly when it arrives.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

I want you to love your fidgets! If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return them. Just cover the return shipping.

Exceptions:

• Chewelry (chewable necklaces, etc.) cannot be resold for safety reasons and is final sale.

To start a return, email me within 14 days of receiving your order. Once I get your return, I’ll process a refund promptly.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, I’ll replace it! To make this process smooth, please email me within 5 days of delivery with:

1. A photo of the damaged item

2. A photo of the packaging

Once I’ve confirmed the damage, I’ll ship your replacement ASAP.
