This is a fun fidget! Each bead twist individually. You can use one hand to twist them around or two hands and twist multiple at the same time! You can flip it around in your hand without twisting the bead, or twist the beads for more of a pressure stim! 
 
The two sparkly rings can twist around themselves, with the wooden bead as a focal point. Don't want to stim that way? Just hold the fidget in your hands and move them a bit and watch the sparkly show begin!
