This little fidget quickly became a favorite! I like rolling it up and down my pointer finger and thumb, or wearing it on my finger and flicking the loops with my thumb or thumbnail. It helps reduce picking my cuticles and scratching at my finger pads which is a common stim of mine. I work from home so I’m able to use this fidget without having to worry about the sound (it’s great for focusing), but I do still like how you can make the crunches softer depending on how you use it.
