This fidget is surprisingly versatile. When I want to use it quietly/calmly, I wear one of the rings on my finger and slide the beads one by one. When I need grounding, I wear the smooth ring and squeeze the flower ring, or wear the flower ring tightly and rub my thumb firmly against the flowers. When I want focused stimulation, I twiddle/roll it around in my palm to enjoy the contrasting textures and soft clicks (great for brainstorming, but might be a bit loud in an open office setting).
