I love diving into how our sensory systems shape our experiences, especially when it comes to neurodivergence, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), and the natural need to stim. Stimming and fidgeting aren’t just habits—they’re powerful tools for self-regulation, focus, and well-being. In my talks, I break down the science, the benefits, and the beauty of embracing stimming as a positive part of life.

Travel Details
Virtual Session
There is no travel fee for a virtual session.
Local Sessions
If you are within one hour of Grand Blanc, MI, there is a $50 Travel Fee.
If you are in the Lower Peninsula of Michigan, there is a $150 Travel Fee, plus mileage*.
If you are in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, there is a $200 Travel Fee, plus mileage*.
*Mileage will be based of the MI state standard.
Out of State Sessions
