While we understand that personal preferences may vary, we do not offer customization options for our subscription boxes. By maintaining a standard selection across all subscription boxes, we ensure that every subscriber receives the same level of care, attention to detail, and excitement with each delivery.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Cancellation Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time! No hard feelings or hassle. We make it very easy to cancel if you need to.

Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being sent for the current month's box, please ensure that you cancel your subscription by the 30th of the month.

• Note: You will be charged for the box on the day that you originally signed up.
• Example: If you signed up on the 5th, you'll be charged on the 5th. If you cancel by the 7th, we'll cancel the subscription and refund that charge.

Order Processing: Please note that we begin processing orders and preparing shipments on the 1st of each month.

No Cancellations After Shipment: Once your box has been shipped (by the 18th), we are unable to cancel the order for that month. At that point, you will receive the box you've subscribed to.

We know it can be difficult to cancel things and even more difficult to remember to cancel them! We try to make it as stress and spoon-free as possible for you.

Return of Entire Box:

• We accept returns of the entire subscription box only.
• If you wish to return the entire box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Return of Broken or Defective Items:

• If any item in your subscription box arrives broken or defective, we're here to make it right.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box and provide a clear description of the issue. A photo will also be needed.
• We will replace the broken or defective item free of charge.
• We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

Conditions for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, the subscription box must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• The original packaging must be intact.

Process for Returns:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at neuronestdelights@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the box.

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer exchanges for individual items within the subscription box. Only the entire box can be returned.
