Worry stones are smooth hard "stones" that are made of clay. They are baked in the oven to make them rock hard so they are nice and sturdy for fidgety hands. They are great for both children and adults when they are feeling anxious, upset, or overwhelmed. Simply, hold one in your hand and rub your thumb over it.

These worry stones are hard like a rock but are very smooth on top for a nice calming sensory input.
