The beads spin easily between your fingers. You can slide your fingers in and out of each side easily since each opening has 5 beads on it. It's great for work, commutes, school, and any day-to-day life situation where a stim or fidget would be helpful!

They come in multiple colors. If you selected the multi-option, please let me know what colors you would like in the personalization section below.
