Welcome to NeuroNest Delights, a monthly subscription for you Beautiful Peoples in the Neurodivergent community! Each month, we choose an assortment of sensory surprises and fidgety goodness.

 

Get ready to bring a box of stimmy goodness into your nest every month with NeuroNest Delights!

What to expect in your subscription box:

Types of Products

Each box will have a fun mix of fidgets! Anything you see in my shop may show up in your subscription box. You'll also get first dibs on new fidgets, limited editions, and sales!

Discounts & Promotions

You'll often receive coupons and exclusive deals in your box every month! It might be a coupon for a free fidget, a discount code, or free shipping!

Because these boxes are sent out on a schedule, you can only have this item in your cart at checkout. To be sure that nothing gets missed or sent to the wrong place, we can't add other fidgets to your subscription box. I'm sorry if that causes any inconvenience!

FAQ's

  • How does the billing cycle work?

    • Your subscription is automatically billed each month on the same day that you signed up. If, for any reason, you need to adjust your payment date, just send contact me and we'll take care of it for you.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    • Of course! Be sure to read all the cancellation information in the chart above, but you can send me a message anytime to cancel your subscription.

  • Are there any additional fees or charges?

    • The only ones you'll encounter are taxes and shipping costs. However, I'm thrilled to share that for all orders within the US, shipping is on the house! So, while taxes are unavoidable, you won't have to worry about any extra shipping fees for domestic orders.

  • Can I update my shipping address or payment method?

    • If you need to update your shipping address, simply send me a message, and I'll get that sorted out for you right away.

    • As for updating your payment method, you can easily take care of that directly from your subscription page within the member area. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any assistance!

    • Be sure to update your payment method before your billing date (which you can find in the same place) and update your shipping address by the 30th! ​​

  • What happens if I forget to update my subscription preferences before the billing date?

    • This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If we haven't shipped your box yet, we should be able to help update your preferences. If the box has already been shipped, we are a bit more limited, but will still do what we can to help! Being neurodivergent ourselves, we know how overwhelming and forgetful life can be. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • ​Yes! We ship worldwide. ​

  • Can I track my subscription box shipment?

    • Yes! Every box will be shipped with tracking which you will get in your email every month once your box has shipped.

  • Can I return or exchange items from my subscription box?

    • You can read the Return Policy above to see all the information. The only exchanges we accept are in cases of an item arriving damaged. The only returns we accept are if you are returning the ENTIRE box unused and in it's original condition. 

  • What if an item arrives damaged?

    • If you receive your box and find an item has been damaged, message me right away - within 7 days of receiving your box. See the chart above for all the information on returns. 

  • When will I receive my subscription box each month?

    • 15th of the month: Box Reveal! Check out our socials to see what we'll be including in the box.

    • 15th - 30th of the month: Preorders are open! Anytime during these days you can sign up for your own box of stimmy goodness. Preorders close at the end of day on the 30th!

    • 1st - 8th of the (following) month: This is when we'll ship out your box! You'll get an email with the tracking number so you'll know exactly when it's going to be delivered.

  • How can I contact customer support if I have questions or issues?

    • You can contact us here on my website through any of the contact forms or the live chat.

  • Are the items in the subscription box suitable for all ages?

    • Each box is different. Most items will be suitable for any age (5+), but there will always be exceptions - like pins. You will be able to see what is in the box each month before it ships so you can make sure it is suitable to your needs.  

  • Can I provide feedback on the items in my box?

    • We always welcome feedback! If you have any problems or recommendations, you can contact us through the chat system or email. If you want to share your box on social media, please tag us! We love seeing your feedback! 

  • Do you offer special editions, have themes or limited edition items in the boxes?

    • Each month, the box is different. Most months will have themes and/or limited edition items! You'll also have access to new items before they are launched for everyone else!

  • Can I see previews or sneak peeks of upcoming subscription boxes?

    • There will teasers and sneak peeks scattered throughout each month. Be sure to follow us on all our social media as each platform will get different sneak peeks! 

  • Can I purchase past subscription boxes or individual items from previous boxes?

    • Most items from the box are available at any time in our shops. There will often be special edition or limited edition items that you will only be able to get from the boxes though! From time to time, we will offer past subscription boxes for sale (while supplies last). 

  • Do you offer gift subscriptions?

    • Yes! You can purchase a subscription to send to anyone you'd like! You can also purchase a single box to send as a gift. 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages for gift subscriptions?

    • No, not at this time. It is something we hope to offer in the future!
