Minimums for Orders: Opening order minimum: $150, Reorder minimum: $100
Turnaround Time: Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks

Order Minimums

Opening order minimum: $150
Reorder minimum: $100
Minimum of 5 per fidget.
Orders must meet minimums to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Payment

All wholesale orders are paid in full before shipping..
I accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders will not ship until payment is received.

Turnaround Time

Current turnaround is 2–3 weeks (depending on order size and production schedule).
Rush orders may be possible—please contact me before ordering.

Shipping

All orders ship from Michigan via USPS or UPS.
Buyer pays shipping.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows “delivered.”

Product Pricing & Resale

Retailers must sell products at or above the listed MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price).
Discounting below MSRP (other than short-term sales/promotions) is not allowed.
Strictly prohibited: Reselling All Things Sensory Shop products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart.com, or any other third-party online marketplace. You may sell them on your own website and in your physical store(s).

Packaging

All products come packaged and labeled with All Things Sensory Shop branding, ready for resale. This ensures brand consistency and makes items shelf-ready for your store.
If you prefer bulk/unpackaged items (for eco-friendly or display reasons), please note this in your order request. Bulk items are available upon request, but will arrive without individual branding or retail packaging.
Do not repackage, alter, or remove All Things Sensory Shop branding.

Returns & Damages

Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify me within 5 business days with photos, and I will replace or credit the item.

Exclusivity

I do not offer territory exclusivity at this time. Multiple stockists may carry my products in the same area.

Custom Orders

Custom colors, bundles, or packaging may be available upon request. Please reach out before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
